Find your accommodation in Barcelona with Ulindi, a 60 sqm apartment with 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a balcony.

As soon as you step in, you'll find a bright, welcoming space designed to make you feel at home from day one. This apartment has a ceiling fan in rooms 1 and 2. It also has an elevator and pet-friendly access. The decor is inspired by a Jungle theme.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need, and all bed and bath linens are provided.

The stay offered has an exclusively recreational, vacation, or leisure purpose, which must be accredited in advance, and is therefore not subject to the rent containment regime. However, since the property is located in a stressed residential market area and Article 59 of Law 18/2007 requires this information to be included in advertising for properties located in such areas, it is stated, for informational purposes only, that the maximum limit applicable under the state reference system for furnished rental prices is €1,131.00/month.

We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of permanent residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. As part of this process, guests must also sign an accreditation confirming that all documentation and information provided is accurate, truthful, and complies with applicable law.
