The room (in our apartment) is located in the center of Barcelona, in the old town (Gothic Quarter), very close to Rambla Cataluña, Plaza Reial, Mercat de la Boqueria, Plaza Cataluña, restaurants, and bars, just a few steps away. Barceloneta beach is only a 20-minute walk away. The metro (L3) is only a 3-minute walk away and is one of the most important metro lines, taking you directly to Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell. People aged 18-25 are not accepted! I live in the apartment with my wife. The apartment has only two bedrooms. One room is ours and one is for guests. You will be staying only with us, not one else. After 10 p.m., quiet hours are observed, and we do not host parties. You may arrive and depart at any time; there is no schedule. The room is very spacious, measuring 4x3.12m2. The bed size is 190x140 cm. The room is equipped with air conditioning, slippers, and towels. Access to the kitchen is only for preparing breakfast and access to the refrigerator. Washing machine available, price €5. The accommodation is not suitable for people over 60, as we live on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator...and for young people between 18 and 25 years old.
