Der Vermieter akzeptiert und die Zahlung wird ausgeführt
Wenn der Vermieter deine Anfrage akzeptiert, werden die erste Monatsmiete und die Verwaltungsgebühren automatisch berechnet; anschließend wird die Buchung bestätigt. Danach erhältst du die genaue Adresse und die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters, um deinen Einzug zu organisieren.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
HousingAnywhere verwahrt deine Zahlung und überweist sie erst 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug an den Vermieter. Sollte die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung im Inserat entsprechen, kannst du dies innerhalb dieser 48 Stunden melden und erhältst dein Geld zurück.

Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated apartments, where you bring the spirit and we take care of the rest!

Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow!

We are a young and international community located in ‘Mitte’, which ist the most central and one of the trendiest areas in Berlin. The neighborhood is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands.

Furthermore it is easily accessible by public transportation, with several U-Bahn (subway lines U6, U5 and U2) Bus lines and S-Bahn (suburban train lines S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7 and S9) stations nearby.

*The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 years old.
*Please note that in order for you to get your keys, the deposit must be transferred to the landlord ́s bank account once the rental agreement has been signed and before moving in.

Check-in /out:
- Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.)
- The key transfer will take place at Village M (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed)
