This modern and cosy apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) and has been recently renovated. The cozy entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a table for 4 people, a smart TV and a kitchenette with stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The room has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom we find a sink, a bidet and a shower.
The apartment is located in the center, a stone’s throw from the two towers and Piazza Maggiore. The area is therefore well served by bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. From the adjacent Via Rizzoli and Via Indipendenza you can take several buses that connect the center to the rest of the city.
For stays longer than 30 days in Italy, it is necessary to have an Italian “Codice Fiscale”, which you can apply for upon your arrival at the “Agenzia delle Entrate”.
In addition, it is possible to withdraw from the contract with one month’s notice; the administrative fee is €150.00 + VAT, in addition to the proportional charge of Housing Anywhere’s commissions for the unused days.

Questo moderno e accogliente si trova al terzo piano (senza ascensore) ed è di recente ristrutturazione. L'accogliente ingresso si apre sulla zona living, dotata di un comodo divano, un tavolo capace di accogliere 4 persone, una smart tv e un angolo cottura provvisto di fornelli, frigo, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, bollitore e macchina per il caffè. La camera è dotata di un comodo letto matrimoniale e un armadio. In bagno troviamo un lavandino, un bidet e un box doccia.
L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, a due passi dalle due torri e piazza Maggiore. La zona è quindi servitissima di bar, negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Dalla adiacente via Rizzoli e via Indipendenza si possono prendere numerosi autobus che collegano il centro al resto della città.
Per i soggiorni oltre i 30 giorni in Italia è necessario avere il "Codice Fiscale" italiano che potrete richiedere al vostro arrivo presso l' "Agenzia delle Entrate".
Segnaliamo inoltre che è possibile recedere dal contratto con un mese di preavviso; il costo della pratica è di 150,00 € + IVA oltre all'addebito delle commissioni di Housing Anywhere proporzionate per i giorni non goduti.
