Dear guest, please note that you will be required to pay for a 225 euros fee before the check-in and 225 euros for the cleaning costs at the end of the contract.

You will also be required to give a three-month notice to end your contract with the accommodation provider otherwise the contract will be automatically renewed for one year.

Please also note that the deposit and the admin fee are to be paid within the contract start date and NOT the move-in date

Some images might be representative. Keep in mind that the landlord will provide you with a rental contract for you to sign within 24h by your booking acceptance. The landlord will request the Italian tax code and a document (passport or ID) with the following information: residence address, nationality, student status, and city of birth.

Please bear in mind that guests are required to have a residence permit and the Italian tax code to check-in.

Check-in is not possible on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
