- The security deposit amount varies depending on the apartment type.
- The security deposit covers potential damages during the tenancy.
- The security deposit is refunded at the end of the tenancy, provided:
- The accommodation is left in good condition.
- All tenancy obligations have been fulfilled.
- If the tenancy ends early, the security deposit may be used to cover unpaid rent or damages.
- Where applicable, the damage deposit will be refunded after deducting any unpaid rent and charges related to the condition of the room.
- The security deposit payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled within the 3-day cooling-off period.
- The security deposit payment is non-refundable if cancelled after the cooling-off period.

Utilities fee: For Bronze, Silver, and Gold studios with a roommate, an additional €110/month applies to ensure all charges are fully covered.
- A France-based guarantor is required, with an income of at least 2× the monthly rent.
- The guarantor must provide a valid ID, contact details, the latest tax notice, and proof of income.
Note: If the tenant does not have a France-based guarantor, then the tenant can use 3rd party guarantor.
