This modern coliving apartment offers a comfortable and community-focused living experience, ideal for students and young professionals. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure convenience and quality of life, featuring a spacious living room with a TV, a modern kitchen, three single bedrooms, and one double bedroom suitable for couples, as well as two full bathrooms and abundant natural light throughout the space. Its strategic location makes daily life incredibly easy, with the metro just 10 minutes away, the tram 6 minutes away, and the university campus only a 9-minute walk from the apartment.

Your stay includes essential services designed to make life worry-free, such as fortnightly cleaning, maintenance support, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll be part of a friendly, social, and positive community, surrounded by motivated, open-minded people who enjoy connecting and creating a pleasant living environment together. To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a two-month deposit and the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount). Students must provide proof of enrollment and financial means, while workers will be asked to present payslips or an alternative valid payment guarantee. There is also the option to pay the full contract in advance for a minimum of three months plus deposit.

🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup
Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge.
7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you).
8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you).
After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you).

⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability.
