Individual interior room, very quiet, perfect for studying. Completely furnished: single size bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, desk lamp and a piece of furniture with a lot of storage capacity. Space heater. The community and water and expenses are included in the price. The wifi, electricity and internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants. The flat is all electric.
The flat is placed on a 4th floor and is very spacious and bright. The building has elevator. It has 4 rooms and two bathrooms recently renewed (one of these is private for one of the rooms) and a toilet. Three of the rooms are single and the other one is a double room with twin single size beds, that is the one with the private bathroom. Very spacious living-room, with large windows and air conditioner/heating appliance. The kitchen is also very big and is very well equipped: it has a fridge, washing machine, microwave and oven. 5 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 10 minutes away from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 20 minutes away from the Faculty of Law. It is placed right in the shopping city center.

If you are going to arrive to Córdoba out of office hours and you want to go into the flat immediately we will send one person to open the door with a cost of 15€ (from Mondays to Fridays) or 25€ (weekends). These prices are per person.
CITY CENTER
Situated in the city center, only a few meters away from the main pedestrian streets and shopping areas of Córdoba, like the Avenida del Gran Capitán, characterized by its terraces, pubs, bars and shops, El Corte Inglés, the most important department stores in Spain, and the Cruz Conde street, a pedestrian street with plenty of shops that connects Avenida de Ronda de los Tejares with the beautiful Tendillas Square, the neuralgic center of Córdoba, one of the meeting points for young people. In less than 5 minutes walking is possible to get to the Jewish Quarter, the Cathedral, and other historical (hidden) like Santa Marina, San Andrés, San Lorenzo and the Corredera Square, one of the major meetings points for the locals because it has plenty of bars and terraces to eat tapas. From the city center it is possible to move easily around the city because you can get any bus line.
