Pets are permitted and require additional fees and deposits, please refer to the Deposit and Fee Schedule
document. There is a maximum of two pets per
household. Aggressive breeds are restricted and are considered as follows; Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls,
Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, and Wolf
Hybrids. Any mix of an aggressive breed is also not permitted. Exotic pets are not permitted.
- Students may cancel their application at any time, but any fees already paid will be forfeited.
- If the lease has been signed but the student cancels before the scheduled move-in date, a reletting fee equal to 85% of one month’s rent will apply.
If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.
