Please note in order to finalise your booking, you need to present general a copy of your passport and valid address and telephone number. In addition please note that the security deposit has to be paid in advance. at the check-out a fee of 89 for cleaning is required. You can either pay that in cash at the handover or via bank transfer. Do not hesitate to contact us for any question. Pictures may be only representative. Please be aware once the booking is done on Uniplaces the landlord will send you the contract documents. The deposit and our one-time service fee of 100 needs to be transferred to landlord's bank account in order to proceed with the handover. Anmeldung is provided.
