Sunny and lovely 73 m2, 2 bedroom apartment available for a long term lease starting from (hidden) in Otaniemi, Espoo ( ~10 min / 7 km from Helsinki city center). Otaniemi is located next to Keilaniemi, and is home i.e. for the Aalto University .

The apartment has 73 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, clothing room and a big glass covered balcony to South-West. Second floor flat, with lots of light and in good condition. Wooden floors, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom is tiled and also has a washing machine. Partly sea view. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped in each room, and has even a piano. The housing company completed during years (hidden) a major renovation project, and all apartments have i.e. new bathrooms.

The housing company is located next to the sea, has its own private park, barbaque area and kids' playground and offers superb outdoor activities; jogging, swimming, biking, fishing etc. There is also a nature preserve area within 1 km. Very peaceful and beautiful environment. Rarely available. 100 meters to Otaniemi's shopping center (restaurants, bank, post office, pharmacy, stores etc). Metro stop "Otaniemi" as well as Raide-Jokeri city train are very close (50-200 meters) - public transportation could not be better!

As a landlord I am really nice and experienced in hosting international guests, and I will do my utmost to make you feel at home. I work as a CEO for Pharmaca Health Intelligence Ltd and you can communicate with me in English, Swedish, Finnish, German and French :-)
