Price and conditions:

• base rent: 2,100 PLN

• administrative fees: 600 PLN

• utilities: 400 PLN

• total monthly cost: 3,100 PLN (for 1 person with a 9-month stay)

• first month: 50% FREE (with a minimum 9-month reservation)

Additional fees:

• 350 PLN – second person

• 400 PLN – parking space in the underground garage
