The apartment is suggested couples or a small family. You are a friendly, you know how to keep clean, pay bills and not disturb the neighbours. When you have decided you are interested in renting my apartment we will have a zoom meeting or meet up (preferably office hours) to arrange everything around the contract and discuss all details. Deposit is paid when you receive key(s) and have access to the apartment. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

This apartment is situated fairly central in Gothenburg, in Djurgårdsgatan in one of the most popular and charming neighborhoods of Gothenburg (Majorna), and most things you may need are just around the corner or a five minutes away. It is also not far from the harbour or the biggest park of Gothenburg (Slottsskogen) plus on the right side of the city if you want to go to the archipelago - one of the trams goes straight there). Järntorget is two stops away, and you reach the central station in 10 minutes.

There is a living room, one big bedroom and one small bedroom. The small room is 8m2. There is storage space for you outside of it. Your room has new floors, new curtains and a bed that was bought in september 2020. It is a Brimnes bed from IKEA with storage and it can be made into a double bed. The mattress is completely new. Further, there is a book case/storage furniture and a stool, both of which you can keep in the room or choose not to. In the big bedroom there is one 160 cm bed and a large storage furniture. From the big bedroom you also access a walk-in-closet. The living room has a couch, an armchair and a small dining table. There is also a tv and a balcony. The balcony has a view to the Djurgårdsgatan.

Preferences go to you who want to stay for six months or longer and has a working contract with for instance Sahlgrenska, Chalmers or Gothenburg university.
