It is located in the best area of Albayzin, next to the Mirador de San Nicolás, close to the local market and with a great gastronomic and cultural offer. Bus stop at the door that leads to the centre in 2 minutes, walking 5 minutes to the cathedral. Near Albayzin health centre. NEWLY RENOVATED apartment with a bedroom with double bed, parquet floor, bathroom with shower, completely new and furnished kitchen: kitchenware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher.. . very bright, the living room has a balcony overlooking the Alhambra (in addition to the terrace, which also has impressive views) and the sofa has an automatic mechanism with remote control to raise feet and lower the backrest, and to turn it into a very comfortable double guest bed.
