I've received a job offer and will be heading out on short notice.
I'm planning to leave around mid-August and return by the end of November or early December.
During that time, I'm looking for someone to take good care of my home.

Rent:
€1,400 cold / €1,700 warm (all-inclusive).
This includes rent, water, electricity, heating, internet, broadcasting fees, etc.
About the Apartment

The souterrain (basement-level) apartment has just been fully renovated – the floors have only been in for about a month.
It's fully furnished and equipped with everything you need:
Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, TV, high-quality mattresses, pans, spices, iron, tools, oven/steamer with 65 cooking functions and an integrated meat thermometer for the perfect steak, Stressless armchair, towels, dishwasher, induction cooktop, Playstation 4, Teufel sound bar, and even proper wine glasses.
Everything is of high quality, which is also reflected in the oak flooring. DSL internet is included.

The total area is 100 m2. I will be using the guest room for storage of my personal belongings, so you'll have approx. 85 m2 of living space – plus access to the garden.

Even Sunday grocery shopping is possible, as the airport (10–15 minutes away) has a 24/7 supermarket.
There are also plenty of regular supermarkets, restaurants, and places like McDonald's nearby.

The scenic Alster hiking trails are within walking distance.
