Perfect location in Kadiköy: The flat is located in a quiet street in Caferaga mah., but yet just around the corner of buzzing nightlife and coffee shops. Also the parks at the water front looking over Bosporus and Marmara sea are just around the corner aswell. Also the market, harbour and metro are also in walking distance.

The internet is very fast and stable and the apartment is comfortably warm in winter and nicely cool in summer.

Since it is souterrain (-1) there is less light than other upper floor apartments which is not a problem for most people. The apartment is new (around 7 years) and therefore earthquake adjusted. There is no smell like there is in other souterrain apartments.

For the price of a studio apartment you get much more space as the apartment is on two floors and also has a private outside patio.
