Der Vermieter akzeptiert und die Zahlung wird ausgeführt
Wenn der Vermieter deine Anfrage akzeptiert, werden die erste Monatsmiete und die Verwaltungsgebühren automatisch berechnet; anschließend wird die Buchung bestätigt. Danach erhältst du die genaue Adresse und die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters, um deinen Einzug zu organisieren.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
Dir wird nichts berechnet, bis der Vermieter deine Anfrage akzeptiert. Nach dem Einzug hast du 24 Stunden Zeit, die Unterkunft zu melden, falls sie nicht dem Inserat entspricht

The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord.

RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply.

Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price.

The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).

If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance.

Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm.

EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).

A two-room flat on the second floor without lift of a period building located in the heart of the historical centre. Strategically located, the flat overlooks the city's main square, piazza Santo Oronzo and the amphitheatre, and exactly opposite the famous statue of Santo Oronzo from which the flat takes its name. It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps.
The flat has typical star vaulted ceilings (5.30m).
The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and electrical appliances: kettle, refrigerator, moka and espresso machine with pods, oven, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and in the first room there is a loft with two single beds.
The flat is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, television, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy line and air conditioning in the sleeping area. The bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan and the loft with a portable fan. The house is completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought out to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. take care, you are welcome.
