You need to make an advance rent payment of £300 to secure the room booking, out of which:

The student may cancel the Agreement by giving the property management written notice of their intention to do so within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the agreement, however there will be no refund of any paid deposit.
If the student cancels the Agreement after 7 days from the date of acceptance, they will be liable for paying the accommodation fees for the remainder of the License Term, unless a replacement is found. A replacement must be a student who has not already registered for the same Student accommodation.
1. With a UK guarantor you can pay your rent in 4 instalments: 10% in August, 35% in Oct and Jan and 20% in April.
2. Without a UK guarantor need to pay at least 40% in August than the rest in Jan and April.
Please note: International guarantor will be only accepted on a case to case basis. For example, if you have a university scholarship. or you can pay over 40% of rent before moving.
