Dein Geld ist geschützt
Deine Zahlung wird bis 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug zurückgehalten.. Nach deinem Einzug hast du 24 Stunden Zeit, Probleme zu melden, falls die Unterkunft nicht mit dem Inserat übereinstimmt.

About the area
Campo Grande is one of the best-connected areas of Lisbon. It mixes a residential feel with a strong university and business presence, close to faculties, offices and green spaces. Local shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are all around, and metro and bus links are excellent.

Getting around
- Metro: Entrecampos – 2 min walk (160 m)
- Bus: Entrecampos - Av. EUA – 1 min walk (58 m)
- Train: Entrecampos – 6 min walk (400 m)

The flat
A welcoming 5-bedroom flat on the 3rd floor with 2 WCs. The fully furnished kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and an enclosed balcony. The building has two lifts.

Your room
This fully furnished room includes a work area with a small desk, a chair and a lamp. You also get a wardrobe and a bedside table with a reading lamp and a mirror. You will sleep in a comfortable single bed (90 × 200 cm). It is the most secluded room in the flat, located next to the kitchen.

Good to know
- Bills are included in the rent up to €35 per person; any usage above that is deducted from the security deposit.
- Weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included in the rent.
- Rooms are furnished as in the photos or with equivalent items – this includes towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps and all other amenities.
- At the end of the contract, a €40 administrative fee and a €60 cleaning fee are deducted from the security deposit.
