Nice quiet room, in a quiet and safe family oriented neighborhood. Grocery stores, target, rite aid, CVS, ralphs, sprouts farmers market, at a range of 2 to 5mins drive (and totally walkable distance from 5min to 20mins walk) right around the corner, and the famous Americana at Brand and Glendale galleria at about 5min drive.

Expect a clean house, an environment prone to work, it’s quiet, and a safe place to lay your head without worries. Bathroom is shared between me and the guest. I’m a very neat person so the bathroom is always clean (guest or not).
