This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is strategically located in the "Jean Macé" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Many shops, public transports, restaurants are located close at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a complete kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, kitchen ustensils, toaster, kettle, crockery… It also has a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, water, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, household waste tax.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Jean Macé neighbourhood in Lyon's 7th arrondissement is mainly residential, blooming with flowers and open spaces. The district where this lovely furnished flatshare is located, has many public service buildings around the main square which hosts a large food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As the neighbourhood is near some of Lyon's biggest universities, many students have made it their home and numerous bars and night clubs can be found here (notably on rue Chevreul). Similarly, you can stumble upon parks, football fields, or calm terraces around almost every street corner. With trains, the subway, buses and trams all connecting here, this area is one of the best-served by public transport.

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 290€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
