The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a living-dining room, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, and one bathroom.

Water, electricity, natural gas, and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent.

For rentals of only 3 months, the full rental amount must be paid in advance in a single payment, along with the security deposit. For the first month, both the deposit and the rent must be paid.

IMPORTANT: The tenant must contact us via email at least 20 days before the move-in date to sign the rental contract for the requested period and pay the deposit and rental guarantee. The rental guarantee will be deducted from the last month’s rent.
