You will have a space to live, work, disconnect, learn and have fun. A place where we all pursue the same purpose: to live well with the privacy and comfort of your home, while you share special moments, live experiences or socialise in our communal areas.

New building with 131 residential homes, with a choice of 2 and 3 bedroom flats, two bathrooms and garage space included in the price.

The flats are unfurnished so that you can personalise them as you like, although all of them have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine and dishwasher.

Likewise, all our homes have heating and ducted air conditioning, as well as being exterior with great natural light, south-east facing and with the option of outdoor spaces such as our spacious PREMIUM TERRACES.

Our building offers different common areas with WiFi, so that in addition to living, you can live together. Our community is located in the area of Hacienda Cabello, a consolidated neighbourhood in front of the Teatinos-Universidad district with a complete offer of services and leisure activities as well as excellent communications with the city centre and the motorway. Teatinos is considered the university district due to its proximity to several faculties of the University of Malaga.
