Sobald der Gastgeber akzeptiert, unterschreibst du online den standardisierten digitalen Mietvertrag und zahlst den ersten Monat über die sichere Plattform. Die restlichen Monate werden ebenfalls über die Plattform bezahlt.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
Keine Kaution bei Aufenthalten unter 6 Monaten. Dein Geld wird erst an den Gastgeber freigegeben, wenn du ohne Probleme eingezogen bist

Holidays2Malaga Capitan is our renovated apartment up to 3 people with the best location if you want to be close to all the interesting places in Malaga.

The Picasso Museum is only 300m away and the Cathedral of Malaga can be found at 270m.

If you take a walk along Calle Granada, you will reach Calle Larios, the main artery of Malaga and its main commercial area (100m).

Do you have time for good gastronomy? Take a stroll to the Atarazanas Market (650m).

Do you want to enjoy a day at the beach and its restaurants? Go to Playa de la Malagueta (1.5km).

For a leisurely stroll and to enjoy a relaxed environment, we recommend taking a walk along Paseo del Parque and returning via Muelle Uno. This place is located next to the port of Malaga and has bars, restaurants, and shops.

For cultural visits, you can visit the birthplace of Picasso, which is located in Plaza de la Merced. Take a photo with him (his statue). It is only 500m from the apartment and here you will also find different types of restaurants and bars. It is also convenient and close to take the train from Málaga Centro Alameda station. You can visit Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, etc. This is the same train that also goes to/from the airport. The station is 1km from the studio.

The apartment has a private patio with a table and chairs. It has 1 double bed and a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. It is very bright as the tall windows with a balcony overlook the street. TV is only SMART TV. Does not have digital channels.

Pets are allowed. There is a fee of 50€ per reservation. Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment and try to avoid noise.

The crib has an additional cost of €8 per day.
The baby kit (crib, baby bath, and high chair) has an additional cost of €15 per day.
Check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Keys are collected close to the apartment: Calle Dos Aceras, 15 (the key will be inside of the building).
Please note that the apartment includes towels, bed linen, and duvets for all guests included in the reservation. If you require additional bed linen or towels, an extra charge will apply.
Check-ins after 10:00 PM incur an additional charge of €50, payable upon arrival.
You can leave your luggage at our office for a small additional fee.
