Building 13, where apartment Calle Nueva Comfort is located, is renowned for being work of architect Gerónimo Cuervo González, who also designed the Cervantes Theatre in Málaga, 700 metres from the apartment. You can also walk from apartment Calle Nueva Comfort to La Malagueta Beach, about a 25 minute walk, approx. 1.6 kilometres. This apartment is completely new and has a spacious bathroom with shower and double shower screen. There is an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen, providing a sense spaciousness and continuity. In the lounge area you will find a cosy sofa bed. The white kitchen furniture blends in with the walls, creating a spacious and tranquil atmosphere.
