Du bezahlst die erste Monatsmiete und die Buchungsgebühr über die sichere Plattform. Anschließend erhältst du die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters, um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben und deine Ankunft zu organisieren.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
Deine Zahlung wird bis 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug zurückgehalten.. Nach deinem Einzug hast du 24 Stunden Zeit, Probleme zu melden, falls die Unterkunft nicht mit dem Inserat übereinstimmt.

The flat is on the fourth floor at Via Sebino 19. The neighbourhood is always buzzing, with lots of cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and bookshops nearby.

The room comes with everything you need: a wardrobe with hangers and drawers, a full-size bed (80x190) with a bedside table and lamp, and a desk with a matching chair.

Good to know
- One-off admin fee: €350.
- Monthly utilities: €100.
- A one-off admin fee covers contract registration, third-party insurance, a linen and towel package, initial and final room cleaning, and the waste tax.
- Utilities are paid monthly in advance and cover heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of the shared areas.
- Early termination with notice is only possible for one-year contracts.
- The admin fee must be paid directly to the landlord within 48 hours of your booking being accepted.
- If it is not received within 48 hours, the booking is not confirmed and the landlord may cancel it.
- The admin fee is refunded in full if you cancel at least 45 calendar days before your contract starts, and 50% is refunded if you cancel at least 30 calendar days before.
- The security deposit is paid before check-in following the landlord's instructions. It is fully refunded if the booking is cancelled and/or at the end of your stay, provided the accommodation is returned undamaged.
