Situata in Via Omodeo, nel suggestivo quartiere collinare del Vomero, questa residenza offre un'elegante soluzione abitativa ad alto livello. La zona gode di una tranquillità senza pari, arricchita dalla comodità della fermata "Quattro Giornate" del metrò a soli 5 minuti a piedi, che collega rapidamente ai principali punti di interesse della città.

L'appartamento dispone di 4 stanze da letto, due bagni, una cucina, una zona living (non presente nelle foto) e un balcone accessibile dalla cucina e dal salone . Le stanze saranno disponibili a partire da febbraio. Il canone mensile è di 450 euro, spese incluse, per l'utilizzo singolo di ciascuna stanza, mentre per due persone è previsto un costo di 550 euro. Analogamente, il deposito cauzionale richiesto al check-in corrisponde a una mensilità di affitto, quindi può essere pari a 450 o 550 euro a seconda della modalità di occupazione della stanza. Costi amministrativi pari a 150 euro, da depositare al check-in.
