ATTENTION!
The Deposit is reimbursed at the end of your stay within a WEEK from check out. A sum of 80 euros will be deducted from the deposit for final cleaning and Covid19 (and its variants) sanification.
The deposit will be reimbursed ONLY if the apartment is left in good condition, no appliances have been broken and all payments have been made. The integrity of the apartment/room will be checked after your check out.

The apartment has 2 private bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen features a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dining set, TV, and all the kitchenware one would need.
The private room is furnished and contains a single bed , a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. For an additional monthly cost, the single bed can be switched out for a double bed.
The apartment is centrally located near Napoli Piazza Cavour metro station, several bus stops, various restaurants, a supermarket, ATM, a museum, and a park.
