Naples Hospital Area, excellent for the Federico II Medical University and near the L1 Montedonzelli metro, we rent with an All Inclusive formula, a large single room with a balcony to offer comfort and convenience to our students, equipped with furnishings such as a Three-quarter bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, 3-door wardrobe, mirror, desk and chair, curtains, bookcase, lamp and excellent lighting that helps in studying. The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help you study.

After booking, a €450 administrative fee is required to be paid ( please note: this payment need to be paid after booking not at the check in and This fee is not a deposit and is non-refundable at the end of tenancy)

At the check in , will be asked to pay last month rent in advance ( you will not pay it at last month of tenancy)
