A combined eat-in kitchen and living room comes equipped with a large flat-screen TV, as well as all new stainless appliances and dishwasher. Bedrooms are large enough to accommodate full-size beds and personal workspaces. Gorgeous, tile-floor bathrooms feature walk-in showers and updated sinks and cabinets.

With the ease of access to a multitude of nearby shops and restaurants, West Harlem, also referred to as Manhattanville, is a safe and walkable neighborhood that is ready to be explored. Known for its historic landmarks, such as Grant’s Tomb, and scenic views of the Hudson River, this neighborhood is served by the IRT Broadway-Seventh Avenue Line, which is accessible at the 125 Street station. With an approximate population of just over 132,000, the median age in West Harlem is 33.

Located less than half of a mile from Columbia University, this third-floor apartment is an ideal home for college students and young professionals who work or attend school in Manhattan or one of New York’s four other boroughs.
