Privatzimmer in der Philadelphia, Philadelphia

The neighborhood is in a diverse community people from around the world. I used to teach Spanish now I manage my property. I like to travel around. I like to exercise. My daughter and son grew up here but now they live in Boston and LA. This is a multicultural, multilingual home. I have guests from The US and different countries of the world. I have been living in Philadelphia and in my current neighborhood for 25 years. I enjoy hosting guests. I mostly host students and young working professionals and I can offer ways to get around the city and good tips on where to eat. A number of our guests stayed with us while attending UPenn, Drexel, U. of Saint Josephs.
This is a double room for 1 person. It has a desk, chest of drawers a closet and a queen size bed. It is on the third floor, with three beautiful windows and a nice view to the historical block. The bathroom is to be shared with two other guests.
