Your room provides a tranquil retreat within this dynamic environment. Alongside access to communal areas including a kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms, you'll have the opportunity to relax in the peaceful patio area, complete with a convenient washing machine at your disposal.

Our commitment to your comfort extends beyond the physical space. With expenses included up to 25 euros in your rent, you can enjoy worry-free living. Weekly visits ensure preventive maintenance of communal areas, while a modest deposit ensures the security of your accommodations.
