The apartment has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. High-speed internet (500 Mbps) and kitchen equipment are included. Utility bills (electricity, water, gas) are included up to €20/month — any extra consumption is paid by the tenant. The room has a portable electric heater.
Payment structure: first month's rent + last month's rent (paid in advance) + security deposit of €250. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay (subject to property condition). We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes.
At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee.
There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves.
