Du bezahlst die erste Monatsmiete und die Buchungsgebühr über die sichere Plattform. Anschließend erhältst du die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters, um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben und deine Ankunft zu organisieren.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
Deine Zahlung wird bis 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug zurückgehalten.. Nach deinem Einzug hast du 24 Stunden Zeit, Probleme zu melden, falls die Unterkunft nicht mit dem Inserat übereinstimmt.

About the area
Rua do Campo Alegre is in a residential part of Porto with shops and local cafés nearby. The area is calm, which makes it a pleasant place to live while working or studying in the city.

The flat
A 6-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor with 4 WCs – three of the rooms are en-suite. The fully furnished kitchen has a washing machine. The building has a lift; please note there is no balcony.

Your room
This fully furnished room includes a work area with a small desk, a chair and a lamp. You will sleep in a comfortable single bed (90 × 200 cm). There is also a wardrobe, a bedside table with its own lamp, and a mirror. A balcony brings in plenty of natural light.

Good to know
- Bills are included in the rent up to €35 per person; any usage above that is deducted from the security deposit.
- Weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included in the rent.
- Rooms are furnished as in the photos or with equivalent items – this includes towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps and all other amenities.
- At the end of the contract, a €40 administrative fee and a €60 cleaning fee are deducted from the security deposit.
