We offer a modern, fully furnished studio apartment (1.5 rooms) in a newly constructed building. The 31 m² apartment is located on the fourth floor of a secure, six-story building with elevator access. The apartment’s highlight is a large wooden window opening onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the park. In addition to the greenery, the apartment also overlooks the historic Mozart Villa, where W. A. Mozart once stayed during his time in Prague. Despite its central location—just a few minutes’ walk from the Anděl metro station and the Nový Smíchov shopping center—the apartment is exceptionally quiet, free from the bustle of the city.

The interior is thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort and practicality. The apartment is fully equipped—a fitted kitchen features built-in appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop), and the space includes a TV, fast internet, a living room wall unit, and a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) with high-quality mattresses. The bathroom is fitted with designer fixtures and a washing machine. The hallway features large built-in wardrobes. Additional amenities include outdoor blinds, ventilation with heat recovery, and underfloor heating with an adjustable thermostat.
