Was du brauchst

- Deinen Personalausweis oder Reisepass benötigst du erst bei deiner Ankunft, wenn du den Vertrag mit dem Vermieter unterschreibst.
Ersten Monat bezahlen und Buchung bestätigen
Du bezahlst die erste Monatsmiete und die Buchungsgebühr über die sichere Plattform. Anschließend erhältst du die Kontaktdaten des Vermieters, um den Vertrag zu unterschreiben und deine Ankunft zu organisieren.
Dein Geld ist geschützt
Deine Zahlung wird bis 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug zurückgehalten.. Nach deinem Einzug hast du 24 Stunden Zeit, Probleme zu melden, falls die Unterkunft nicht mit dem Inserat übereinstimmt.

The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord.

RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply.

Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price.

The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement).

If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance.

EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).

This is a bright and finely furnished flat, perfect for business and leisure stays. The flat is located in Rome on the ground floor and consists of 1 room. It enjoys a strategic location. The house is non-smoking and equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, and the main appliances: fridge/freezer, coffee machine, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of one bedroom with one double bed and can accommodate up to two people.
