Bright and welcoming, these are the two words I would use to describe this apartment. Ideally located in the city of Saint-Denis, on the 5th floor accessible by elevator, our freshly renovated apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Every room comes with at least one big window, which contribute to enlighten the whole environment. The flat can comfortably host up to 6 people thank to its 2 master bedrooms and the convertible couch in the living room. Every bedroom is composed by a new comfy double bed, a mirror, two bed tables and a big wardrobe to store all your clothes. An additional closet is in the hall entrance in case you’ll need more storage space. Just next to the bedrooms you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with sink, mirror, a cabinet, and a bath that can be used as a shower as well. The bright living room offers a comfy seating area with its sofa bed, dining space with an extendable table, a flat screen TV for your relaxing moments. Otherwise, if you prefer enjoying some fresh air, you will have access to the balcony where a wooden table and chairs are provided as well to guarantee the maximum comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided of course for all the beddings, as well as a private fast internet connection. The kitchen opens on the spacious living room and is completely equipped: it comes with a fridge, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all the crockeries to prepare your favorite meal and enjoy with your friends and families.
Close to Stade de France, you will have easy access to Paris thanks to the train RER B: the train station La Plaine Stade de France is indeed located less than 15 minutes walking distance away and is directly connected with the train station Paris Gare du Nord and Chatelet – Les Halles, reachable in less 15 minutes of train. The same train, RER B , connect you to Charles de Gaulle airport and the famous “parc exposition” of Villpinte. Equally, around 10 minutes walking distance away, you will find the metro line 12 at the stop named “Front Populaire” which is directly connected with two of the most important Parisian stations: Saint-Lazare and Montparnasse. Still within short walking distance away, you will find all commodities; “the Marché de la Plaine”, a little market where you can buy plenty of fresh and local products, and several restaurants, bars, bakery ..etc. , around metro station Front Populaire.
