My name is Michael Montoya, I am a 24 year old home owner with spare bedrooms for rent. Accessibility to a full kitchen and if you would like to lounge around, the living room has a tv. Also I have a little gym in the garage in the making. I like to have a calm house for my guest to feel comfortable. Room 3 and 2 are the exact same size.
