We live in a relatively quiet neighborhood, but with everything close by. Fair friday the corner house on the other corner bakery that serves up a simple lunch, and most other restaurants for common kilo here also is close to a small square and the University of São Paulo - USP. Location easy access to 3 km from the Butantan underground - yellow line where you can get to the main sights of the city. We have a little dog - Pheobe - very sociable small. Our house has three bedrooms, one suite we use. Our house is new, the condo has three years of construction. For guests there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a sofa bed small double and a bathroom for guests. It is a house with stairs to climb to the rooms. There is no television in the guest room. We enjoy healthy and whole food with lots of fruits and vegetables. Clean room with a single bed and nightstand, with enough ventilation window near the bathroom.
