Our house is large, pretty and in a quiet neighbourhood. We are 5 minutes from downtown St Catharines and Sunset Beach on Lake Ontario and 12 minutes from beautiful NOTL and Niagara Falls. A bicycle is available for your use. Bus stops to both Brock U and Niagara College are very close to the house. A shopping plaza with a grocery store, restaurants and banks are walking distance . A park with a swimming pool, library, soccer field and tennis courts is also across the street. We are easy to get along with and can help with your needs. We have a small fluffy dog who loves people and treats if you love him. Our guest will have use of the backyard patio and can cook for him/herself in our second kitchen. The bedroom has a good quality full size bed and is nicely decorated. This room is on the second floor. The bathroom is across the hall a short distance away.
