1. You need to pay a non refundable holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to secure your room with the property.

2. This prepayment will be offset against your first instalment of rent.

1. A bond equivalent to 4 week's rent needs to be paid prior to moving in.

2. This is refundable at the end of the tenancy period, less any deductions and pending charges.

The property accepts:

1. Payment in full.

2. Fortnightly payments.

Credit card, Debit card and Bank transfer.

No guarantor is required by the property.

The property does not offer any cooling off periods, all contracts are legal and binding.

1. If your application for an Australian student visa is denied or not provided by the Australia Government, you may request in writing for your booking to be cancelled in which case your booking will be cancelled and the holding deposit and all fees paid by you will be refunded in full.

2. In order to qualify for a Full Refund, you must provide the property with:

(i) written proof of the relevant circumstance.

(ii) a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice prior to the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement

(iii) a duly completed Refund Form.

If you are not accepted into any education facility you applied for, you may request in writing for your booking to be cancelled in which case your booking will be cancelled and the holding deposit and all fees paid by you will be refunded in full.

2. In order to qualify for a Full Refund, you must provide the property with:

(i) written proof of the relevant circumstance.

(ii) a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice prior to the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement

(iii) a duly completed Refund Form.
