Your studio is fully furnished and ready the moment you arrive: a comfy bed, a desk for study sessions, your own kitchen with all the basic utensils you need, plenty of storage and a private bathroom. Just bring your suitcase.
Settling in is simple. Electricity, water, fast Wi-Fi, gym and sauna are all included in your monthly rent, so you can skip the hassle of setting up contracts and figuring out providers in a new country. Want things even easier? Upgrade your package to include regular cleaning, bed linen and towels with regular changes, and hotel-style amenities. A shared laundry room is also available for a small fee.
Bringing a furry friend? Selected pet-friendly studios are available at Unity Tampere for an extra fee. Just get in touch with our team before arrival and we’ll help you find the right option.
You’ll be based in Pyynikki, one of Tampere’s most beautiful neighbourhoods, with stunning forest trails, a lake and Finnish nature right outside your door. Go for a morning run, take a swim in summer or enjoy the snowy landscapes in winter. When it’s time for lectures or a night out, local buses get you to the city centre and university campuses in just a few minutes.

Please note: A valid student card or admission letter must be presented before check-in. Student accommodation requires a minimum stay of 90 nights. A deposit of €750 is payable together with your first month’s rent.
