The price is for one person in the room. For extra persons, you have to pay 50 euros per day.
You have to take care and clean your apartment or studio. For professional Cleaning, you have to pay 10 euro per hour. When you leave, the studio will be checked for damages and if everything is Ok you will take your security deposit back. Security Deposit is the same amount as a one-month bill. It has to be paid with the first month's bill.
