The house is located almost the center of the Tokyo. 4 metro Lines nearby (Toei Asakusa Line, Meguro Line, Ooimachi Line, Ikegami Line)
You can use them access to all the famous spots in Tokyo or Yokohama.
If you plan to travel to other cities, Shinkansen from Shinagawa station also very convenient.
Asakusa line connecting to the Haneda & Narita airport, fast and reasonable price.

Besides the perfect location, the house built 2 years ago, super clean and cozy.
You will have your private room (First floor or Third floor), if you want to chat with other guests or watch movies or TV (English & Japanese channels are available), just come to the living room ( second floor)

I’m good at cooking, I can server warm dinner for you if you requested, it will charge 1000yen.
Such as Sukiyaki, Ramen, Okonomiyaki, Tempura Soba, Yakiniku don, spaghetti etc.

I originally come from China, have been living in Japan for 8 years, fluently in Japanese and good at in English.
Now I’m working for a foreign company in Tokyo, mostly time I work from home.
I have a daughter who is university student.
10 years ago, I lived in London for a month to study English, that time I also stayed with a host family.

* First floor room: single bed, study desk and chair, drawers cabinet, big closet.

* Third floor room: doubles bed with Simmons mattress, study desk and chair, drawers cabinet, closet.

Utilities: 1 shared bath room,
2 toilets with Washlet.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soup are provided.
Please prepare your own face towel, bath towel and toothbrush and paste.

Laundry service once a week.

Free for use hairdryer, iron if needed.
