Wonderful suite room in a beautiful apartment just renovated! The room(€ 350 all included) is extremely bright and fully furnished with brand new furniture. The room is equipped with a comfortable armchair to watch your TV in the room.
The apartment is located in Via Mantova, 88 on the second floor of a building with elevator. Great location a few steps from the Scientific Center Rizzi that you can see from the window of the house. Aperitif in the center? The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. You are in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is in front of the building. Large garden and parking for bicycles. The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of 5 single rooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with veranda, all new furniture !! What does all inclusive? Monthly rent + expenses + Heating + waste fee + electricity bill, water and gas + INTERNET.
So in summary:

You will have only a fixed cost of 250 € for entry into the apartment that includes:
• Annual membership with maintenance included

You will pay rent for each calendar month of your booking, including the month you move in and the month you move out.
Example: if you want to book the room from 7 September until 19 of January, you would pay the full monthly rent of September, October, November, December and January.
