The apartment sits on an upper floor with convenient lift access and offers a generous layout designed for comfortable shared living. Inside, you’ll find five well-distributed bedrooms, two modern shared bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen-diner that serves as the heart of the home—fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a washing machine, ample storage, and plenty of space for cooking and enjoying meals together. Recently renovated from top to bottom, the flat feels clean, fresh, and contemporary, combining modern finishes with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes everyday living both easy and enjoyable.

The area surrounding the apartment is one of Valencia’s most charming and authentic. Living on C/ de la Reina means being just steps away from Cabanyal Beach, local markets, supermarkets, bakeries, cosy cafés, and traditional restaurants serving some of the city’s best seafood and paella. Tram and bus stops are conveniently located right outside, offering quick connections to the city center, the universities, the Marina, and other nearby neighbourhoods. Check-in is from 15h to 19H from Monday to Friday, working days only (= "días hábiles"). Outside this time range, we have to make sure it's possible first.

Checkout are all days, before 12h00. If we can attend, perfect, if not, it's self checkout (they leave the keys on the desk of the room)
