Expenses are separate (with a monthly cost of 80€) and include:

- Weekly cleaning of all common areas.
- Wi-Fi connection.
- Maintenance service, managing all types of incidents that may arise during your stay.

What are our requirements?

- Minimum stay of 1 month and maximum of 1 year.
- 1 month deposit.

Located in the Soternes neighborhood, next to the Nou d'Octubre metro station (lines 3, 5 and 9), really well connection with Manises Airport right next to the Hospital General, Bioparc and the Turia River Park.

In addition, we take care of solving any issues that may arise during your stay in the apartment to ensure you have a very satisfactory experience with us.
