The flat is right in the heart of Valencia, in the Ciutat Vella district, just steps from Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Plaza de España. Living here means having everything close at hand: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants and all kinds of shops just a few minutes’ walk away.
Some of the city’s most iconic spots are nearby, including the Central Market, La Lonja, Estación del Norte and the historic centre. The Valencia Public Library and its gardens are also very close, a great place to study. El Carmen and Ruzafa, the two liveliest neighbourhoods in Valencia, are a short walk away.
For getting around, Xàtiva and Plaça d’Espanya metro stations are about a 5-minute walk away, and the area is served by many bus lines connecting to the universities, the beach and the rest of the city.
