SINGLE ROOM IN ENTIRELY RENEWED APARTMENT WITH MODERN STYLE FURNITURE

The apartment is brand-new, JUST RENOVATED,with Modern Style Furniture and it is made up of:
5 Single Rooms, among which one SUITE, 1 Single Room with king-size bed, 1 Single room with queen-size bed and 2 Single Rooms with Single Beds, 2 Big Bathrooms with bathtub/shower, a wide Kitchen with Terrace with a wonderful view on the town.

The apartment is situated in a Central street, Via Carducci, just outside the pedestrian area, opposite Piazza Donatori del Sangue a few steps away from Piazza Ferretto.

In the neighbourhood you can find anything you need: In front of the house there are two Supermarkets, the Public Library where many students gather to study. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and pubs where young people go.

Just outside the door you can also find the bus stop Craducci-Felisati, where you can catch the bus to Venice.
The Tram Stop is 50 metres away.

This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- Each 15 days Cleaning Service of the Apartment
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a Chat Group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager.

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
