Dormitory is perfectly communicated with other areas of Warsaw Śródmieście and the rest of the districts. Excellent connection with the Center of the City, the Old Town and access to the Vistula Boulevards, where the nightlife takes place, are not the only amenities. We can find here many parks and recreational places prepared for the residents of this part of Warsaw.

The new student house will be housed in two interconnected buildings, which have 8 and 12 floors respectively, with a total area of 5,239 sqm. This translates into 149 rooms with as many as 214 beds. Some in premium suites.
